  Don't consider Phantom Insect Screens if you live in Devon, I was impressed with their website and thought their products would suit my requirements, so requested a visit from their local suppliers.
  
  After no response from the 1st supplier after a week, I contacted Phantom again to give them a second chance as it was clear the first supplier did not want to visit to give me a quote.
  
  Phantom responded immediately with an email, with the second suppliers contact details, and they rang me the same day, not wishing to waste their time visiting me, we discussed my requirements and it was suggested I email my requirements and dimensions needed together with pictures of where the screens were to be fitted. 4 days later no communication from the 2nd supplier, so I made a telephone call to them
  ( am ) left a message on ansaphone as nobody answered the telephone.
  2 days later sent another email to Phantom explaining still no response, and the following day received an email reply stating that their local suppliers were not prepared to service my requirements.
  
  So if you live in Devon and are considering Insect Screens think again if considering Phantom Screens.
  
  Phantom have since sent us some flowers and an M & S voucher as their suppliers were unable to fulfill our requests which I thank them for.

  We had installed last Friday, 21st April, our Fly Screens from Phantom Screens UK. We ordered 4 for our windows & 1 for the patio doors.
  Installation was completed within 2 hours (which pleased the wife!).
  
  The colour match was perfect although I had reservations because I had to submit a RAL reference. But fortunately I obtained the window frame spec. from the builder which was Dulux Gardenia ref: 10B15 with which the paint finishers were familiar. Perfect match to our timber window frames.
  
  We used the Fly Screens for the first time on Sunday, 23rd April, because the weather was warm & sunny. Pleasant to have fresh air without the hassle of insects.
  
  I fully recommend Phantom Screens UK for Fly Screens.
